Her words of wisdom: “We don’t have to do it all. Look at what’s on your plate, does it need to be there? This pandemic has created a brilliant opportunity for people to reset, to rethink and to reevaluate everything that they were doing. And now we can be intentional about who and what we bring back into our lives, not just diving back into what we were doing before.”
