Curating Career Life Stories: How Did I Get Here? Episode 57 – An interview with Danyle Dupray

Join me for the career story reflections of Danyle Dupray, Digital Marketing Specialist. A journey that starts with a learning disability, that she wouldn’t trade, because it strengthens her emotional intelligence and her ability to connect with others.

Three pivotal moments shape who she is today: the first as a junior in high school; the second a sophomore in college; and the third her first three months in a job that wasn’t a fit. The first two moments are about discovering who she is and how she learns, the third she calls the “three months of torture” where she learns a deeper level of understanding for anxiety, people and empathy.

Danyle’s words of wisdom: “Things will eventually work out, finding the right fit is worth the wait, life is too short to hate your job. If you’re feeling anxious, take a step back, you’ll figure it out, talk to others, you’re not alone.”
