Curating Career Life Stories: How Did I Get Here? Episode 97 – An interview with ClaireYvonne Naisbitt
Join me for the career reflections of ClaireYvonne Naisbitt, executive & life coach. As a young person her decisions are based on her heart, gut and what piques her interest & curiosity. Which is how she chooses her college, major and career. A hard worker and determined not to fail, she’s top of her class and receives a premier job opportunity at an oil & gas company resulting in a successful 20-year career.
Over time the hard work and high stress begin taking a toll on her physically and emotionally, so she finds a coach who helps her navigate a promotion and how to better cope with the stress. Because of the impact of this coach, she’s excited to learn more about coaching, and once again follows her heart, gut and passion into this new venture of executive and life coaching.
What’s served ClaireYvonne best is using and enjoying her optimism and enthusiasm, seeing it as the gift that it is, and sharing it with others. Her words of wisdom: “Follow what you’re passionate about or enjoy doing. If you don’t know, go and try new things, have some fun finding out what you love doing, you’ll know it when you feel excited and curious about something, that’s your flow state.”
